I purchased Youzign via JVZoo but can't login / register / access it

Solution

We use a payment processor called JVZoo to deliver securely your copy of Youzign.

If you have never used JVZoo before you might have issue retrieving your Youzign or upgrade purchase. Here are the steps to do so.

1. Check your email for JVZoo confirmation

 

After making your payment for the upgrade, you should be redirected to your JVZoo customer portal. If not, check your email for login information and login directly to this page:

http://customer.jvzoo.com/

 

2. Retrieve your purchase in JVZoo

 

Simply locate your Youzign purchase and click on View details.

 

 

Then click on Access your purchase to register in the Youzign members area.

If you are still unable to get access, please forward to us a copy of your purchase receipt via email at support@youzign.com and our customer support representatives will assist you accordingly.
